The Loar Group today announced that on September 6th it acquired Terry’s Machine & Manufacturing, Inc., a manufacturer of precision components for the aerospace and defense industry, and merged Terry’s into the Loar Group’s newly formed subsidiary Terry’s Precision Products LLC. Headquartered in Mukilteo, Washington (USA), Terry’s manufactures precision metallic components utilizing a wide range of manufacturing processes that satisfy demanding aerospace customer performance requirements. The business will continue to do business as Terry’s Machine & Manufacturing.

Speaking on behalf of the Loar Group, Dirkson Charles (Chief Executive Officer) said, “We are delighted to add Terry’s to the Loar Group family of companies.
