Identified an opportunity to build a leader in the aerospace and defense components supply chain by acquiring and integrating a portfolio of niche suppliers with strong market reputations and intellectual property positions.

Collaboration
Partnered with the former CFO of a prior JLL investment (McKechnie Aerospace) to form the company and together launched a search for acquisition targets. As the business scaled, JLL cultivated a management team consisting of nine additional executives we’d worked with previously.

Implemented a customized integration strategy focused on maintaining the entrepreneurial spirit of each business unit while developing a common operational and financial technology backbone and integrated sales and engineering teams to cross-sell the company’s combined capabilities.
